To improve Sheboygan County based manufacturers through sharing of best practices and continuous improvement strategies and tactics.

To continue the important dialog about programs that help you strengthen your businesses/organizations with a focus on:

3) Safety,
4) On-time delivery/logistics & supply chain,
5) Employee morale & leadership development

7:30 - We will begin with introductions and ice-breakers, I.e. your one word openers!
7:40 - Your topic from the March Manufacturing Roundtable about project management from the start and the perspective of a machine manufacturer. Steve Heller, David Curtis and Patrick Dubois, all from Curt Joa, will be with us to describe how they work with clients from the beginning to manage a machine development project.
TBD - Any new topics you want to discuss in our peer-to-peer format.

ROUNDTABLE REMINDERS
The Chamber peer-to-peer roundtables are structured and emphasize the Chambers #BetterTogether philosophy. Key features include:
STRUCTURE - In person or virtually, your facilitator will work to give all an opportunity to say their concerns for peer group discussion. You will have to wait your turn to talk.
OPENERS and CLOSERS - one word that expresses how you feel; think ice-breakers and post-scripts.
TOPICS - Primarily what is of concern to you so your peers can provide an idea or two, or more! Topics are ranked in 4 categories. We try to cover all topics, time permitting. Sometimes, we have a guest presenter.
DISCUSSION with EMPATHY - Put yourself in their shoes with your thoughts often based upon your own prior experiences. This is a judgment free zone. Yes, questions can be asked.
CONFIDENTIALITY - the topics we discuss are to stay within the roundtable.
NOTES - The facilitator will take notes and then send a recap for you to have a few days after the roundtable. If the roundtable is virtual, sometimes the roundtable is recorded.
CHAMBER BUZZ - Every Monday, The Buzz lists roundtables scheduled to occur within the next few weeks plus a link so you can register.
EIGHT - Roundtable groups: Worksite Wellness, Strategic Sourcing, Nonprofit Executives, Safety Managers, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Business Owners and Manufacturers.
