OCTOBER MANUFACTURING MONTH TOUR: Plenco

Please join us in celebrating Manufacturing Month with an October Manufacturing Month Tour!
For Manufacturing Month this October, the Sheboygan County Chamber is bringing back our Chamber member manufacturing tours. We have offered these tours in the past and took a few years off, so we are excited to bring them back this year. The goal is to give our chamber members an opportunity to see what some of our local manufacturers do, learn more about operations, and get a behind the scenes look at the facility.

October 30th Manufacturing Month Weekly Tour at Plenco.

    

Plastics Engineering Company is a leading North American manufacturer of phenolic resins and thermoset molding materials, selling products under its trademark Plenco

We will have a tour that will max out at 10 people.

For safety reasons, participants must be able to safely walk themselves during the tour.  We do not have safe accommodations otherwise.

We’ll provide safety glasses for anyone that doesn’t have their own, otherwise the only important point for anyone coming in is to make sure they have closed toed shoes, and are wearing full length pants (no shorts are allowed). For the area we’ll be touring, no hearing protection, or hard hats will be needed.
 
                For arrival, anyone coming in should use the 1720 North Ave address. Coming off of North Ave stop at the Guard Shack to get checked in, then proceed down to the visitor parking spots. Once people start arriving, I will get a call from the security guard and can mee them in the parking lot.
