This role will play a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP standards, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting the monthly close process.

You'll be responsible for management, accuracy, and knowledge of the files related to vendors, daily processing of miscellaneous accounts payable invoices, and support for the Accounts Payable Accounting Assistants. Also responsible for reconciliation of select general ledger accounts, and other support functions.Process accounts payable related to miscellaneous invoices that do not have a PO and require approval for payment.Monitor vendor files
