CASA of East Central Wisconsin is proud to be one of Wisconsin's local non-profit organizations striving to provide specially selected and trained volunteers as advocates for abused and neglected children who are under the jurisdiction of the juvenile justice system in Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties.
