About Us

Noble Community Clinics provide comprehensive health care services to people who struggle to find a doctor, dentist or a counselor. We work hard to make sure our patients receive the care they need and provide up to 90% discounts for uninsured people who cannot afford to pay for these services. We accept Medicaid/Badger Care, Medicare, Private Insurance, and the uninsured.

We offer one-stop health care services for you and your family by providing support services through eligibility enrollment specialists, interpretation, case management, educational programs and referrals to other community agencies. We work with our community partners to refer you to any services that Noble Community Clinics is unable to provide.
