Partners for Community Development, Inc. is a non-profit that provides resources that connect our community with safe and affordable housing, while building life strengthening opportunities. Our programs serve Brown, Calumet, Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Northern Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Sheboygan Counties. Our programs include Energy Assistance, Weatherization, Affordable Housing, Homebuyer Assistance and Critical Home Repairs - programs vary by county.
