Since 1950, Pine Haven Christian Communities has been a Christ-centered, safe haven offering quality, compassionate care to the elderly in our community. We are a nonprofit organization offering seniors a range of flexible, innovative services and living options including Independent Living, Supported Independent Living, Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care, Respite Care, and Therapy Services. Our communities offer a variety of living options and amenities to provide a warm and comfortable home environment. As a whole, our organization has grown to include 3 campuses within Sheboygan Falls (Prairie Crossing/Haven Drive, Giddings Avenue Campuses) and Oostburg (Oostburg Campus).
