About Us

Since 1950, Pine Haven Christian Communities has been a Christ-centered, safe haven offering quality, compassionate care to the elderly in our community. We are a nonprofit organization offering seniors a range of flexible, innovative services and living options including Independent Living, Supported Independent Living, Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care, Respite Care, and Therapy Services. Our communities offer a variety of living options and amenities to provide a warm and comfortable home environment. As a whole, our organization has grown to include 3 campuses within Sheboygan Falls (Prairie Crossing/Haven Drive, Giddings Avenue Campuses) and Oostburg (Oostburg Campus).

How do you get to our campuses?
- Prairie Crossing & Haven Drive Campuses: Follow I-43 N to WI-28 W in Wilson. Take exit 123 from I-43 N. Continue on WI-28 W. Take Broadway St to Pine Haven Ln in Sheboygan Falls
- Giddings Avenue Campus: Take exit 123 from I-43 N. Follow WI-28 W to Giddings Ave in Sheboygan Falls
- Oostburg Campus: Take exit 116 for Foster Rd toward Oostburg/County Rd AA from I-43N. Take Co Rd AA, N Sauk Trail Rd, and County Rd K K/Town Line Rd to Pine Dr in Oostburg
