Health Care Services
The Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) has been a leader in autism diagnosis and treatment for over 30 years. Since starting with just five families in 1995, we’ve helped thousands across Wisconsin using evidence-based treatment grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Our individualized programs help young children with autism reach their full potential. As part of LEARN Behavioral, we’re committed to supporting families from day one and partnering with parents, their child’s first and most important teacher.
I’ve worked with children with autism since 1998. I earned my bachelor’s degree from UW–Green Bay, double majoring in Psychology and Human Development. In 2000, I joined the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP), building a rewarding career supporting children, families, and staff through ABA. I earned my master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2012. Currently, I serve as Regional Clinical Director for WEAP’s Green Bay region, overseeing services across Northeastern Wisconsin, including Learning Centers and in-home programs. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and enjoy integrating mindfulness and movement into my life and work. In my free time, I volunteer at a rescue farm, specializing in the care of draft horses.
