Our speaker, Jim Morgan, has spent the past 30 years helping employers attract, develop and retain the best talent. He will address many of the questions facing employers, including:
Jim serves as the vice president for MRA, a four-state employer association providing human resources services to businesses. He oversees the association’s marketing, technology and media activities and assists employers with their talent supply chain. During his 30 years of working with business and education leaders, Jim has facilitated strategic planning sessions for businesses, chambers of commerce, and economic development groups, primarily around developing a talent pipeline for employers. He has provided keynote presentations for groups from 50 to over 1000. CEOs, policymakers, educators, and students have enjoyed his mix of data, experiences, research, stories, and humor.
