What makes the Chamber peer-to-peer roundtables unique are the groups: Non-Profit Executives, Sales Professionals, Safety Managers, CFO/Controller's, HR Managers, Business Owners, Marketing Professionals, Strategic Sourcing/Purchasing Managers, Wellness Program Leaders and Manufacturing.
The peer-to-peer process we use is very appropriate for Innovation Leaders, too.
During 2017 and 2018, the Chamber's Innovation Leaders Roundtable had an average attendance of 8. Attendees represented a wide variety of organizations/responsibilities: education, government, health care, information technology, intellectual property, organization executive directors/president[s], innovation officer[s], and more. Each roundtable discussion was based on topics raised by those present. A few example topics were:
-brand building and positioning, -building a network,
-digital strategy, -how to cope with explosive growth,
-intellectual property protection, -how best to use millennial talent,
-strategic planning -working with other innovation leaders
-FreshTech
