Leadership has less to do with title and everything to do about the choices we make and how it impacts our behavior.  Understanding the, "position myth", 360 Degrees of Leadership, where influence/power are traditionally seen as coming from, our different behavioral styles and the mindset needed to create a "WE" vs "me" focus will all be explored during this session.
