This year marks the 70th anniversary of the end of WWII and perhaps the last opportunity for families and communities in every city and town in America to come together to say "Thank you!" to the men and women of our "greatest generation" and to ensure that their example of courage, shared sacrifice, can do attitude, service to others, and national unity will continue to inspire future generations - especially the youth of our country.

The Aviation Heritage Center of Wisconsin and the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice have partnered to honor this special anniversary. The public is invited to join us in thanking our veterans and remembering the sacrifice that they, and the American people, made during WWII. There will be fly-overs of T-6s, special speakers, historical posters, music, and very special WWII Veteran guests.
