With an in-born purpose to connect and inspire, this couple ignites the power of people through their leadership speaking, workshops and coaching. Together Courtney and Chris, founded Booth Leadership, an organization with a proven strategy for developing leaders who live more passionately and lead with great clarity, skill and focus. Certified with the John Maxwell Team, Leader to Leader Network and Dale Carnegie graduate program, Courtney started out her career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she studied agricultural journalism. After graduation, Courtney was selected and lead as Wisconsin's premier agricultural spokesperson- the 50th Alice in Dairyland and Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs. Chris grew up on a Wisconsin Dairy Farm and is currently a full-time Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. As a business co-owner and large animal veterinarian at Dairy Doctors Veterinary Services in Plymouth, Wisconsin, Chris has been helping dairy farmers, managers and employees care for their farms and animals to the highest level.
Throughout the past 21 years they have garnered experience in business ownership, corporate marketing and advertising sales, community-focused leadership and professional coaching. Courtney and Chris, are happily married for 22 years and are raising their four children on their small, family farm in Plymouth, Wisconsin. There family?s passions include exhibiting elite Red and White Holstein dairy cattle, volunteering with 4-H programs, coaching youth sports and living out their faith dailyDate and Time
