Podcast Growth Coach Rayna Rokicki is a 3-year remote worker with Ladies First Digital Media, She hosts and produces two podcasts: You Betcha She Did and Podcast Growth Club. Rayna loves traveling, dancing, and swimming in cold WI lakes. Director of Human Resources Zachary Salata has been with The Vollrath Company for 10 years. He works in person and is a certified trainer in both Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue and Crucial Influence. Nick Shininger is a Business Analyst with Acuity Insurance. He has been with Acuity for three years and is a hybrid worker. Nick is an accomplished photographer and loves working out and movies. With Pine Haven Christian Home for 25 years, CEO Ron Walvoort is a licensed nursing home administrator, working in person throughout Pine Haven's four communities. Ron enjoys spending time at this cabin in northern Wisconsin. Melissa Wenzel is a Production Manager and has been with Sargento Foods as an in-person worker for 16 years. She enjoys camping, kayaking and hiking and is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
