This year's Annual Chamber Golf Outing will be held at Quit Qui Oc Golf Club & Restaurant in Elkhart Lake.

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 25TH.
NO CANCELATIONS OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER AUG. 25TH (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
Foursomes MUST be paid with 1 single payment of $550. Foursomes paying individually will be charged the individual golfer rate of $150
