This year's Annual Chamber Golf Outing will be held at Sheboygan Town & Country in Sheboygan.
Register early to ensure a spot, this event is always a sell out!
ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 17TH.
NO CANCELATIONS OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER AUG. 17TH (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
Foursomes MUST be paid with 1 single payment of $550. Foursomes paying individually will be charged the individual golfer rate of $150
