ATHENA Dinner Event
ATHENA Leadership Awards banquet featuring 3 award categories and a dinner celebration honoring amazing people and organizations who empower, promote and contribute time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in our community, especially women.

Designed to recognize women in leadership and those who promote women's career progress, the ATHENA Award was created in 1982 and is celebrated in communities around the world. Now in Sheboygan, our ATHENA nominees are celebrated at a special Ceremony each year highlighted by a prominent keynote speaker.

Our Emcee for the evening will be Nikki Miller the Director of Kohler Waters Spa.
A firm believer that beauty starts from within, Nikki Miller has been in the wellness industry for 20+ years. Nikki started her wellness journey in 1997 when she finished her medical esthetic license and later was oncology-trained and certified in reflexology, hydrotherapy, and lash artistry. Nikki’s passion is educating on overall health and wellness starting from within and finishing with daily rituals that will aid in a better you. Nikki is the Director of Kohler Waters Spa, including five locations globally, and continues to share her knowledge and passion with everyone she touches. 

Our Keynote Speaker at the event will be Tina Videtic Owner of Top Beauty Bar.
Tina Videtic is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in aesthetic medicine. Her career began at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN working as an RN in the pediatric ICU. It was at Mayo Clinic where she began her graduate studies to become a nurse practitioner. Tina moved back to WI to be near family shortly after graduation with her husband and their newborn son. She had worked in family practice full-time for 16 years; however, the COVID-19 pandemic changed the landscape of healthcare, and she found herself in a rut. She started training in aesthetic medicine and when she saw firsthand how rewarding aesthetic medicine was, she was hooked. Top Beauty Bar was founded by Tina in 2021 and she became fulltime in 2022. Her practice motto Look Good, Feel Good has taken off and she is proud to help the men and women of Sheboygan County do just that. Tina resides in Sheboygan with her husband and their 2 children.
