Over the past few years there have been numerous situations where someone from the ‘outside’ has entered a facility and caused damage, injury and, in some cases, death. No one wants their facility to be a Fort Knox, but perhaps there are actions you can take to help reduce unwanted entry into your building. To consider this topic, we have assembled a panel of professionals. Their experiences and expertise may help you work towards developing a more secure building.

Jason Wilterdink, Instructor, LTC’s Criminal Justice ProgramJason Wilterdink has 15 years of experience as a Law Enforcement Officer. Jason also served in an international police mission for the United Nations where he served in Liberia-West Africa. Jason is currently an instructor at LTC, a master instructor in use of force, and tactical response. Jason is a certified instructor in firearms, and many other law enforcement disciplines. Jason serves on the Scenario Training Advisory Committee for the WI DOJ. Jason has served as an instructor in self-defense, training, safety, security, health, wellness, and fitness.
Hart S. Brown

HUB International LimitedHart Brown brings almost 20 years of experience in security, crisis management, emergency management and business continuity to HUB International. Hart is an internationally recognized thought leader and has worked for several of the US Government's top agencies as well as leading private companies. He has served as a consultant, media coordinator, conference presenter and author on crisis management issues with experience in 50 countries.
Bill Scheidt, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, Rockline Industries
Bill Scheidt is currently the Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager for Rockline Industries in Sheboygan. He has been with Rockline since 1983, and has over 28 years of experience in manufacturing and safety leadership. He has held the position of HS&E Manager since 2000. Working closely with the operations group, the management team, and his team of health and safety coordinators, Rockline has been successful at lowering its incident rate by more than 90% over the past 10 years.
Frank Hacker, General Manager
Rockline Industries
Frank Hacker is currently the General Manager at Rockline Industries in Sheboygan. He has been with Rockline since 2003, and has over 25 years experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement through the use of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques, safety and quality management systems, Six Sigma, and high performance work systems. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Paper Science and Engineering from Miami University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Lakeland College.

Human Resources Manager, Rockline IndustriesJeff Froh is currently the Human Resource Manager at Rockline Industries in Sheboygan. He has been with Rockline since 1993 and over his 22 years of Human Resource experience has been involved with maintaining functions such as recruitment, policy development, compensation, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, performance management, training, wellness promotion, recognition, and associate relations/goodwill. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Augustana College and a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College.
