for the first Focal Point of the Year.
We'll hear from John Donovan - Business Advisor with CloverNord Management Consulting, as he speaks on "Developing Modern Leaders".
Digital technology and modern business models are market disrupters, but much of today's workforce looks, thinks and acts just as differently and this challenges today's leaders. While traditional leadership is still important, modern competencies need to be added to every leader's portfolio. Successful leaders have substance, they aren't just a collection of desirable traits. Leadership may be the most important skill in the business world and because of that, it's also one of the hardest to source. How can you develop your own modern leaders to bring your company to the next level?
On behalf of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce Staff and our Board of Director?s, we would like to thank you for your participation in the upcoming Focal Point. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, July 15th at the Chamber Building.
