Before starting his company, he has a proven track record of success in supply chain management, strategic business planning, employee engagement, and project management, having delivered outstanding results throughout his career. Steve spent more than 30 years in leadership positions in small to large organizations in distribution and manufacturing. Most notable was Steve's 19 years working for Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Throughout his career, he worked with over a thousand companies worldwide in all types of industries. His success in getting the most out of those business relationships was based on building high levels of trust and a deep commitment to achieving mutually beneficial objectives. Steve has carried his relationship-based approach into his coaching business to assist clients in improving all areas of the company.
