Be among the first to learn the results of the Sheboygan County Chamber's 2018 Economic Outlook survey presented by Chamber Executive Director Deidre Martinez. Dr. Rai is the president and chief executive officer of Prevea Health where he carries out the strategic mission of their board of directors. Prevea Health employs more than 300 physicians and mid-level providers in more than 50 multi-specialty groups, with employees totaling more than 1,600. Prevea is uniquely partnered with four large hospitals in Northeastern Wisconsin: HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay; HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls; and HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. Dr. Rai's leadership extends to the community, where he represents Prevea Health within a variety of local, regional and national organizations. In 2012, Dr. Rai joined the American Medical Group Association's (AMGA) board of directors, and was elected to the executive committee of the board in 2014. He is the chairman of the board for the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Dr. Rai serves on the boards for the Sheboygan County Boys and Girls Club, Integrated Health Network, NWTC Foundation and the Weidner Center. His experience as a CEO, community leader and practicing physician is influential in promoting wellness both locally and nationally. Dr. Rai lives in Green Bay and has four children.

Tim Schneider is CEO of Investors Community Bank and one of the bank's co-founders. The bank was formed in 1997 and has become one of the most successful bank startups in Wisconsin's history, serving businesses throughout Northeast Wisconsin and agricultural clients throughout the state. With a focus on bringing the bank to the customer, they have branches in Appleton, Green Bay, Manitowoc and Stevens Point; as well as loan production offices in Fond du Lac, Darlington, Sheboygan and Eau Claire. Tim has been in the banking profession for more than 25 years, during which time he gained expertise in agricultural and commercial banking. He holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business in management and economics from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a degree from the Graduate School of Banking of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He volunteers with many business, financial and charitable organizations, including serving as a NEW North Board member, Wisconsin Business Development Corporation board member, and is active with the Manitowoc/Two Rivers YMCA. He was a co-founder and past board member of Progress Lakeshore, Manitowoc County's economic development agency, and in 2006 he was named the Wisconsin US Small Business Administration Financial Services Champion.
Deidre Martinez, Executive Director of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, recently transitioned to Sheboygan from Crystal Lake Illinois where she was the Membership Development Manager for the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce. Prior to her time in Chambers, she spent many years in for-profit education, leading teams of Admissions Advisors to help students realize their goals of a higher education. Deidre also spends a lot of time giving of her time, treasure and talent working with non-for-profits. In 2017, Deidre was recognized as a "Best Under 40" recipient in McHenry County for her work throughout the business community and as well as her volunteer efforts.
