Tony Resimius focuses his practice in the areas of employment law, litigation and business law. As the leader of the firm's Employment Law Team, Tony provides advice and counsel to employers in all aspects of the employment relationship. This advice and counsel regularly includes issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, employee handbooks, drug testing policies, independent contractor agreements, wage and hour issues, the Family Medical Leave Act, arrest and conviction discrimination allegations, and workers compensation matters. 

Kailee Wahler is a dedicated human resources professional who is skilled in compensation plan design and administration, market analysis and benefit administration. As a member of Schenck?s Human Resources Consulting team, Kailee builds relationships with clients and advises businesses on a wide variety of human resources matters. She provides one-on-one guidance and counsel, along with the ability to analyze and offer solutions to everyday HR challenges. Prior to joining Schenck, Kailee worked as a global compensation analyst for Bemis Company, Inc.
