Carol PringleFOCAL POINT: : How to Teach Employees to Get Along and How Employees Getting Along Impacts the Work Climate with Charlie Krebs
Let’s create a system for actually teaching employees to get along. It involves how we perceive, broadcast and listen. It involves the tone and nonverbals we use. It is in how we interact with everyone else around us. It is about how to newly perceive, broadcast, listen, intonate and interact to create a work environment which encourages instead of depletes our energy. What if work actually created energy instead of spent it? This presentation will reveal a system of analyzing interaction skills and the wavelengths on which we use them to identify ways employees can newly interact to create more positive climate in which everyone works.
