A peer-to-peer roundtable specifically for HR Managers and open to members of Sheboygan County Chamber and members of Sheboygan Area SHRM. Every year it seems that HR Managers are faced with new programs and regulations. How is the new year unfolding for you? Are you swamped and need to vent? Do you need ideas on how to tackle a few challenges? Since the agenda will be developed by you in true peer-to-peer roundtable format, maybe we will discuss your topic first! No outside speakers and no preliminary topics - unless requested by you in advance of when we meet!

I have been involved with the Chamber for well over a dozen years, and delight in all of the offerings. I’ve been an Ambassador, part of the Business Education Partnership (BEP), attended more than one Vibe@5, and most recently became a member of the Chamber Board of Directors. However, over the past 18 months, I’ve become more closely involved with two Roundtables- one focused on HR and another on Workplace Wellness. Both of those Roundtables provide psychologically safe environments in which questions are asked, advice given, emotions shared, and ideas generated. John Rogers does a fantastic job of facilitating and connecting professionals for a variety of reasons- including those in the realms of both HR and Workplace Wellness. The Roundtables are included in a Chamber membership, and I’d encourage everyone to check them out at least once!
