The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world—causing lockdowns, anxiety, and deaths. It also has changed the nature of work such that 46% of organizations have implemented work-from-home policies. Although this move has enhanced flexibility, many remote employees have lost the human connections with friends and colleagues while feeling distressed during this global crisis.
