Reconnecting Your People to Their Sense of Purpose
Sometimes people in the work that they do, aren’t aware of their importance and value they have to your organization. In this presentation, the risk factors which rob you and your staff of purpose are discussed. One of the foundations for becoming resilient following challenging experiences is a reconnection to a higher purpose. This presentation discusses the importance of helping your staff to see their “why” in the work that they do. Examples are given of those who turned tragedy into triumph by finding a purpose to rise up, to hope, and to heal. This presentation gives examples of what some organizations have done to show the importance of the work that their employees do for the whole organization. People who feel that they are making valuable contributions are more motivated employees.
