The JR LSC Class of 2026-2027 is limited to 25 participants. This is an opportunity for ALL students regardless of extra-curriculum or grades. The most important factor in selection is identifying those individuals most apt to utilize their leadership for the long-term benefit of the community. We strive to select a cross-section of participants from all sectors of the community.

COMMITMENT
If selected as a Leadership Sheboygan County participant, I commit myself to actively participating throughout the program and continued involvement in the community upon graduation. The time commitment is nine full sessions plus graduation day and orientation day. Sessions will be all day (7:30am -3:00pm). Most sessions meet on the third Tuesday of every month, August-May.

*Orientation will be held on Thursday, August 20th, 2026, from 5-6:30pm. Guardians are invited and expected to attend**

August 28th and September 15th are REQUIRED dates. Missing more than two sessions during the program will result in the participant NOT graduating. Attending full days without tardiness and/or leaving early is expected.

COMMUNITY PROJECTS
In addition to the monthly sessions, there will also be a group project, volunteer time, job shadows, reading assignments, and additional homework as assigned throughout the program outside of the sessions.

TUITION
Leadership Sheboygan County tuition is free for participants, through a $1,500 scholarship on behalf of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce. This includes all session fees, materials, meals, and group transportation. Participants are required to have transportation to and from the Chamber office for each session.
