CLEVELAND, WI – Two Lakeshore College students placed first in competitions at the spring 2025 SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills state conference held in Madison. Qualifying for advancement to the national SkillsUSA Championships taking place in Atlanta June 23-27 are Autumn Robley and Johnathon DeBruin.
Robley, who completed her degree in precision machining technology this semester and is continuing her education in Lakeshore’s CNC automation technician program, triumphed in the Precision Machining Those interested in becoming a nurse or teacher are welcome.
CLEVELAND, Wis. – Those interested in pursuing a career in nursing or teaching are welcome to attend an information session highlighting the benefits of the FORWARD program, a new collaborative effort between Lakeshore College and the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. The program allows students to begin educational journeys in those in-demand fields beginning this fall and stay close to home for the entire journey.

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Together, Lakeshore College and the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay announced a new program that will allow students wishing to pursue a teaching or nursing degree to seamlessly study at both institutions. The FORWARD program supports students in the Sheboygan area, saving both time and money for each student while allowing them to stay within the region and meet local workforce needs. CLEVELAND, WI – Lakeshore College is offering an IT Career Exploration event on Monday, May 12 from 4-7 pm in the Lakeshore building at its Cleveland campus. Lakeshore faculty will showcase three programs – Cybersecurity Specialist, Network Specialist, and Web & Software Developer. Information regarding the application process, financial aid and scholarship opportunities, and learning options also will be available.
