2026 Workforce Survey Partnership Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce × MRA In partnership with MRA – The Management Association; the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce is offering four nationally recognized workforce surveys in 2026. These surveys provide businesses with actionable data to support compensation planning, recruitment, retention, and long-term workforce strategy. After paying for your participation, you will be sent a link directly from MRA to complete the survey. Survey results will be released in mid-May. The 2026 Industrial Production & Trades Survey provides insights on 220+ roles, including assembly, welding, shipping, transportation, and more. This year, the survey covers over 320 jobs spanning over 20 job families, including: With local, employer-matched, employer-reported pay data, you can be confident that your organization is making vital pay decisions based on solid, high-quality data that reflects the market in which you do business. The more organizations that participate, the more reliable and representative the results! All data is kept confidential in accordance with the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission Anti-Trust Safety Guidelines. Data is only reported if there is a minimum of 5 participating organizations.
