Are your team members distracted, isolated or disengaged?  Has working remotely impacted employees’ performance and connection to the organization’s mission?  Join fellow leaders for this conversation and learn best practices and proven tips for coaching remote teams.  Beyond the daily check in, glean strategies for meaningful engagement and motivating for outcomes, not just activity.  Individuals who participate in this session will obtain the following:
  • Understand factors that can make remote work especially demanding.
  • Develop strategies to reduce the feeling of isolation and promote an environment of “belonging” to the organization.
  • Implement quick and inexpensive tactics to improve the engagement and productivity of remote employees.
About the presenter:
David Jerrett brings 30 years of executive leadership and management experience, responsible for leading and motivating nationwide and regional teams.  He earned his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. As chair of the Kibaoni Primary School Foundation, David supports the work of the Chris Long Foundation in Tanzania.  He is passionate about doing the right thing and helping others do their best.
