Plan now to attend the next Sheboygan Well County Roundtable, held every other month (odd numbered months), the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
Worksite Wellness overview – 11112026
Presentation #1
Julie Lyons, Manager – Global Wellbeing & Recognition, Kohler Co.
What does well-being and recognition look like across a global organization? Julie will share a few insights from Kohler’s global well-being work, then dive into the company’s new Bold Recognition program, including what Kohler has learned, what’s working, and some of the results they’re seeing as recognition becomes a bigger part of the associate experience.
Presentation #2
ThedaCare At Work helps organizations improve employee health, reduce healthcare costs, and create a culture of well-being through customized wellness programs and onsite support.
What advice do you have for a business just starting employee wellness initiatives? Start by asking why wellness matters to your organization and let that answer become the center of your program. From there, understand the health of your population. Review your medical claims data to determine what your top cost drivers are and the risk factors behind them. This data will help you decide where to focus first.
Listen to your employees. Their interests and needs should help shape the direction of your program. Engagement is easier if your leadership team visibly buys in so make that a priority.
Mike McLellan, Account Executive
After the 2 presentations there will be Q&A time plus a quick overview from you about your program changes moving from 2026 into 2027.
