This position involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, responding promptly to work orders, managing third party vendors, administration of maintenance operations through Rent Manager, preparing units for turnover, and ensuring all building systems operate efficiently. 
Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant units for move-in, including cleaning, painting, and minor renovations.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs to minimize future repairs.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and building exteriors in clean and orderly condition.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and local building codes.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Collaborate with the Property Management team and vendors for larger repairs and scheduled projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
