Paragon Community Services, a MyPath Company, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our day programs and out in the community.

What you’ll do:

• Support participants with daily living skills and personal care
• Lead and participate in activities that build independence and life skills
• Join participants on community outings and recreational activities
• Provide encouragement, supervision, and individualized support

What we offer:

• $16.00/hour
• Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
• Daytime hours between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
