We are seeking a Health Insurance Agent to help with our ever-growing business. This is for the Under 65 market. Experience and knowledge of this market are not required, but a desire to know the health insurance industry is a Must. You must also currently have your health insurance license or be willing to work toward obtaining it upon hire.

 

We need a heart-centered agent that wants to help the people that come to us. They are looking for an expert to help guide them into what is the best option for their individual needs.

 

If you already have your license, but haven't used it yet, that is okay. Our agency is growing so fast that there is unlimited potential for growth. No cold calls are required as we are extremely busy with new clients.

 

Our goal is to build strong positive relationships, ensure growth and customer satisfaction, and increase our firm’s reputation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Learn in detail all types of medical coverage available to WI residents.
  • Breed productive relationships with inside sales.
  • Work one-on-one with individual customers, learn their needs and financial status, and then propose plans that meet their criteria and keep them covered
  • Work with existing clients throughout the year
  • Maintain database systems, good notes, and records
  • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
  • Maintain strict adherence to compliance guidelines
  • A drive to do the right thing for the client

  • Proven working experience as an independent employee
  • A team player that likes to fix problems
  • Ability to learn quickly, and help find a solution
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new data system
  • Proven ability as a people person
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence, and sell effectively
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $42000 annually, with potential for increase throughout the year and the ability to earn commission on ancillary sales
