Position Overview Case Managers at Breaking Chains Recovery support residents as they rebuild their lives through accountability, structure, recovery skills, faith support, and community resources. Case Managers are not clinicians but trained recovery support professionals who walk alongside each resident with compassion, boundaries, and purpose. 2. Required Qualifications Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or GED - 1+ year of sustained recovery (2 years preferred) - Ability to uphold the mission, values, and faith-based foundation of Breaking Chains Recovery - clear criminal background - CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days) - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Required Trainings (provided by organization within 90 days) - Trauma-informed care - Professional boundaries & confidentiality - De-escalation and conflict-resolution - Mandated reporter training - Faith-based mentoring & discipleship alignment - Safety and emergency response procedures Type of Position: VolunteerCase
