WHEN
During the school year, shifts are available before school (6:30a-8:30a) and/or after-school (2p-6p), and during the summer, shifts are available between 7:30a and 5:30p.
WHERE
We have six sites throughout Sheboygan and Sheboygan Falls. You’ll be based at the site that best suits your skills and the needs of the organization.

- We're a nonprofit that strives to pay a fair wage. The range for this role is $18-20/hr, based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Establish a program setting that ensures cleanliness, health and safety
- Understand and implement our youth development strategy
- Provide strong guidance and role-modeling to all kids
- Create a welcoming environment that promotes a sense of belonging and community
- Implement and monitor quality programs and activities that are inclusive, FUN, and that support academic success for youth
- Ensure program content supports organizational goals and mission
- Motivate youth to participate in programming
- Support youth in meeting targeted program outcomes
- Implement programs and activities daily as scheduled
- Take pride in work and appearance, both personal and of the Club and program areas
- Ensure space, equipment and supplies are cleaned and ready before programs begin, cleaned throughout the day and at the conclusion of each day that everything is organized and well-maintained
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Passion for working with kids
- Energetic and FUN, positive attitude
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of youth development
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior challenges
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to conduct on-the-go projects and activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, displays initiative
- Experience working with youth, preferably in an organized program setting
- Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications (will offer training)
