I manage a technical writing business called Red Hawk Technical Writing, LLC. We write technical support documentation for several different industries, the majority with area manufacturers. We work as teammates with technical writing, marketing/advertising, and engineering departments. We write outward (customer facing) operator manuals, installation instructions, service manuals, or internal documents, such has assembly line instructions or field service instructions. We also can scan in documentation that may not have source files, update your current documentation in your preferred editing software, or convert existing documents to the latest or preferred software package. We have CAD software packages to manipulate your files for grayscale or vector graphics and animations. From internal company documents, to outward facing manuals, we can cover what your company needs.
