This incredible mosaic was unveiled last week at the founding location of Lighthouse Recovery Community Center in Manitowoc. News Release: 1/14/2025
Our friend and incredible artist Lin Lindner created this work. Another talented individual did the frame and lettering, and a team from Etched in Stone helped to permanently hang it in a space where it can be viewed and serve as a reminder for years to come.
This is an amazing piece containing SO MUCH more than meets the eye at an initial glance. Stop in and see the mosaic in person, take a tour of the center, learn about what is available, and be inspired by the lifesaving work that Lighthouse Recovery Community Centers do daily across county lines!
Keep your eyes and ears open for an announcement of a special project for the center in Sheboygan!

The work of raising awareness regarding Substance Use Disorder, remembering those living with SUD, and those who did not survive the disease, are all a part of this impressive piece. Commemorative tiles are still available for purchase to honor or memorialize a loved one. Tiles may also be purchased to show your support of LRCC and the recovery community. Purchases can be made online by visiting our website at: https://lighthouserecoverycommunitycenter.org, under the events tab.
