Job Overview: Contact Center Member Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact in your community? Join our team as a Member Service Representative at Kohler Credit Union! In this role, you'll provide outstanding account maintenance and problem resolution for our members through various communication channels, while identifying their needs and recommending relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Support: Answer phone calls, secure messages, emails, and chats from members, troubleshooting any escalations with professionalism and care.
  • Build Relationships: Strengthen connections with new and existing members by recognizing opportunities to support their financial well-being and suggesting appropriate KCU products and services.
  • Achieve KPIs: Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) in areas such as cross-selling, accuracy, service levels, and consistent member service.
  • Account Management: Monitor reports and process transactions for member accounts, including debit card orders and mobile deposits.
  • Ongoing Development: Engage in continuous training, policy reviews, and regular meetings to enhance your skills and support your professional growth.
  • Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as assigned to help meet the credit union's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales-driven customer service role preferred.
  • Ability to comply with all government regulations affecting the credit union industry.

Contact Center Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday 8-5
  • Friday 8-6
  • Rotating Saturdays 9-12
