Job Overview: As a Full-Time Teller at our Plymouth Branch, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact our members' financial journeys by providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our members. This exciting position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15-$16, along with the chance to be part of a fun, member-focused company culture.

Teller Job Duties:

• Customer Service: Greet customers and address inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues.
• Cash Handling: Maintain accurate cash drawers, document transactions, and balance your drawer at the end of the day.
• Transaction Processing: Handle various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and discrepancies efficiently and professionally.
• Computer Skills: Use bank software and systems to perform transactions and manage accounts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• No previous financial service experience required
• Basic math and computer skills
• Service experience is a plus
• Cash handling experience is desired but not required
