Join Elevate, Inc. as a Co-Responder and make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate, trauma-sensitive crisis response in partnership with law enforcement, first responders, community providers, and individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. The Co-Responder provides community-based crisis intervention, de-escalation, assessment, safety planning, follow-up support, and connection to resources. This position works collaboratively with the Sheboygan Police Department and community partners to provide person-centered responses that promote safety, recovery, and improved outcomes for individuals in crisis. Location: Sheboygan, WI (Based at Sheboygan Police Department)
Schedule: 6:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., (FT) rotating scheduled every other weekend
Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI (Based at Sheboygan Falls Police Department)
Schedule: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (FT/PT), rotating schedule every other weekend
