This role focuses on empowering individuals to improve their financial stability through budgeting, credit building, debt management, and financial literacy. The position also includes community outreach and educational workshops to expand access to financial resources. Credit Counseling: The Financial Counselor and Educator will be accountable for establishing relationships with clients, as well as identifying client needs, analyzing their credit situation, preparing a budget, establishing creditor payment schedules, and implementing repayment programs. In addition, The Financial Counselor and Educator will be expected to prepare and conduct public presentations for the agency.
