Andrew Bowman, BHA, RN, named Chief Administrative Officer at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital
SHEBOYGAN, Wis. – HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital is pleased to announce Andrew Bowman, BHA, RN, as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The CAO is a new role at HSHS that provides on-site, localized leadership overseeing nursing, operations and all other organizational functions of the hospital.
Andrew’s career in health care spans more than 20 years, with the last 15 spent in health care administration for HSHS and its physician partner, Prevea Health. Most recently, he served as an Executive Director of Specialty Care for the former HSHS Sacred Heart and St. Joseph’s Hospitals, and Prevea clinics in Western Wisconsin.
“Throughout my career, I have served at various levels, from the front lines and the bedside to clinical management roles,” said Andrew. “I have the unique experience of serving at most levels of health care, and each level of the health care continuum has reinforced my passion for patient care.”
As CAO at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, Andrew is now part of the newly formed team of executive leaders serving the HSHS Wisconsin Market.

Andrew’s educational background includes an Associate Degree in Nursing from North Iowa Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Concordia University Wisconsin. He lives in the Sheboygan community with his wife Karen, and their two daughters.
