Lakeshore College Fall Graduation Set for Dec. 20

CLEVELAND, WI – More than 240 Lakeshore College students are eligible to celebrate the culmination of their educational journeys on Saturday, Dec. 20, during the fall graduation celebration taking place on the college’s Cleveland campus in Centennial Hall.

A majority of the 277 credentials being awarded are associate degrees, technical diplomas, and certificates. Forty-four General Education Development (GED) certificates and High School Equivalency Diplomas (HSEDs) will also be awarded.

“Our graduates have reached this milestone through their perseverance, commitment, and determination, exemplifying the standard of excellence that defines our college. We look forward to seeing them build on this achievement, confident in their ability to create meaningful change within our community well into the future,” says Lakeshore President Dr. Paul Carlsen.

Graduation at Lakeshore is celebrated differently than most other colleges. Each academic area has a designated timeframe to have degrees conferred during a celebratory type event, though students may attend when it works best for them and their families.
