We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in feeding disorders to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about helping children overcome feeding and swallowing challenges and want to work in a clinic that values both professional excellence and a caring, family-centered approach, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to diagnose feeding and swallowing disorders in infants, toddlers, and children.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving oral motor skills, feeding safety, and nutritional intake.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and physical therapists.
  • Educate and guide parents on strategies for improving feeding routines, reducing stress around mealtimes, and supporting breastfeeding or bottle-feeding.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress.
  • Stay updated on current research and advancements in pediatric feeding and swallowing therapies.
  • Foster a fun, engaging, and compassionate therapy environment to help children and families feel supported and empowered.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Specialized experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of oral motor function, dysphagia management, and feeding interventions for children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy for families.
  • A passion for working with children and families in a fun, growth-oriented, and family-centered environment.
