Job Description:

We are seeking an empathetic and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for working with children, and a commitment to professional growth. Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate pediatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Stay current with advancements in pediatric physical therapy to provide innovative care.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings and small workshop groups and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred (not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
